What we collect

To make a booking we need your name and a phone number or email. We store the stay details, the amount and how you paid. We never see or store card numbers: card payments happen on the payment provider's secure page.

Why

To confirm your stay with the property, send your voucher by SMS and email, process refunds, and meet tax and accounting rules.

Who sees it

The property you book sees your name, contact details, dates and requests. Payment providers (e.g. Chapa, PayPal) process your payment. SMS and email are sent through Africa's Talking and Resend.

Your rights

You can download all your data or delete your account from the Account page. We keep anonymised booking records for tax purposes.
